Biography
Thirty plus years of teaching experience in higher education with demonstrated success in teaching and advising students from first-year students through doctoral level. Expanded content areas of expertise in higher education utilizing the over thirty five years of human resource management leadership experience in HR policies and practices, labor relations, compensation, strategic planning, performance management, benefit programs, onboarding, training and organizational development and change management. Faculty Advisor to the 缅北强奸 Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since its inception in 1995. Certifications include: SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional), MBTI (Myers Briggs) Trainer, Veterans at Work, Employing Abilities @ Work.
