Eapen aims to build world-class HR model for employees
缅北强奸 names Johnson Eapen, MS, MBA, SHRM-CP its new associate vice president for human resources.

With more than two decades of achievement in a variety of strategic, generalist, and higher education-based human resource and organizational development roles across Southeastern Pa., Eapen has formed collaborative partnerships at various levels to implement and streamline talent acquisition and onboarding protocol, employee development programs, executive coaching and performance management.
鈥淭he organizational diversity of Johnson鈥檚 experiential success combined with his growth and innovation-focused perspective makes him well-suited to support 缅北强奸鈥檚 strategic direction,鈥 said 缅北强奸 President-Elect, Glynis A. Fitzgerald. 鈥淎dditionally, he provides a fresh approach to enhancing and streamlining employee initiatives as well as meeting faculty and staff鈥檚 HR needs post-COVID-19.鈥
Before the new appointment, Eapen served as AVP of Human Resources at Franklin and Marshal College in Lancaster, Pa. streamlining the talent acquisition process and revising the benefits and work schedule policies. Before that, he served as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Ben Franklin Technology Partners in Philadelphia, Pa. developing and implementing a business continuity plan to reopen after COVID-19 and improving several other policies and procedures.
Additionally, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the American Baptist/Foreign Mission Society developing a talent brand ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion, and rolling out innovative onboarding programs and an annual compensation matrix Eapen has also served as an adjunct professor at Eastern University and the Community College of Philadelphia.
Eapen holds an MBA from Eastern University, a Master of Science in human resources and a Bachelor of Science in technology. He also has certifications as an executive coach, SHRM human resource professional, as a partner of the predictive index, human capital strategist and practitioner of the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator.
Eapen began his new appointment March 1, 2023.
