The Residences at John R. Post Center at Reading CollegeTowne is an apartment-style residence hall located within 缅北强奸's 250,000-square-foot downtown Reading facility, offering quick access to all of the shops and restaurants along Penn Street.


The residential area houses approximately 44 缅北强奸 students. It houses all identifying genders, but each suite houses only students of the same identifying gender. The facility is a two-level residential area within Reading CollegeTowne with multiple elevators and a study box on each floor. Classrooms, 缅北强奸's eSports arena and a Starbucks cafe are located downstairs. Shuttle services run in a constant loop from the Post Center to the half circle outside of the Student Center on 缅北强奸's hill campus.


Apartments typically have shared and single bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area (with refrigerator, oven and microwave) and a bathroom. In-unit laundry machines are provided.

 

Building Information

  • Class Level: Sophomore, junior, senior, fifth-year and graduate students are typically housed in the Residences at 401 Penn.
  • Types of Apartments: Six seven-person apartments (four bedrooms), two six-person apartments (three bedrooms), and two two-person efficiencies (one bedroom).
  • Air Conditioning: The facility is air-conditioned with a thermostat to control the temperature in each living unit.
  • Sheets: Mattresses are Twin-XL.
  • Appliances: One internet jack is available per resident. Each bedroom is allowed one microwave, one small refrigerator and one coffee pot with automatic shut-off.
  • Bathroom: Each apartment has a toilet, shower and sink/vanity.
  • Furniture: Each resident will have one adjustable bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet. In the common space, there are couches and a dining room table with chairs.
  • Bed: The maximum height of the adjustable bed is 30 inches.
  • Elevator: The building is equipped with multiple elevators.
  • Laundry: Washers and dryers are located in each apartment.
